Where does your album made?
Our albums are made by handcrafted people with innovative techniques for more than 40 years experiences. We have committed to maintain the originality and quality as our utmost priority.

How long is the production lead-time?
Due to the handmade nature of our albums, please allow 4 – 6 weeks from the day you send us the file until you received the completed album for our customized albums.

Does Susan Photo Album provide Swatch Book?
Yes, our new innovative swatch book include cover, sheet as well as other options to your customize album. Please contact us to order.

What happen if good received is damage?
If the goods received is damage due to manufacturer’s default, simply return the album and we will be more than happy to fix it for you.

How to transfer the design files to Susan Album?
The easiest and quickest way is send CD to our factory or galleries.

What colour profile do you use?
All files must be highest quality print resolution in JPEG format and  sRGB for the best colour profile.

Does Susan Photo Album colour correct my files?
We don’t modify  and colour corrected your files. Always calibrated monitor before uploading them for printing.

What paper does Susan Album Photo use?
We use Kodak Supra Endura for brilliant image quality, exceptional sharpness and excellent flesh reproduction. Career

What resolution?
Files must be supplied as flattened JPEGs and sized to match the finished print dimensions at 300 dpi.

Trim area?
Trim area for mounting prints to our album is 5mm on every edge of album. Please ensure allow 5mm for us to trim when supplied the files.

Can I add my brand name or logo to the album?
Yes, you could customize to have brand name or logo to the album.

How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and payment via Paypal only.

Are the prints laminated?
Yes, all our prints are laminated. Generally laminating process will decrease the quality of the prints. However we use liquid laminating process to ensure minimum quality reduction and increase durability. With this technology you will barely feel and see the effect of laminating hence preserving the quality of the prints.

Does the album come with the box?
All our albums come complete with our complimentary high quality box made from solid material to store and preserve our albums.
